As with many businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation with regards the outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus and are in regular contact with the relevant local health authorities.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. As such, and in line with general public health guidance, we have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes, increased the availability of hand sanitisation products and will adopt recommended practices and guidelines as appropriate to maintain a safe environment.
Our teams are alert to signs of coronavirus symptoms and understand the importance of good hygiene, however if you are planning on visiting one of our attractions from an area that has been directly affected by the coronavirus or if you are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (for example: fever, cough, breathlessness), we please politely ask that you do not visit and instead refer to your local health authority or doctor immediately. Please then contact the relevant attraction or your travel agent, regarding your booking.
Please note we are currently experiencing high call volumes to our call centres. For further information on attraction openings and bookings please visit the relevant attraction website. Links can be found under the "Our brands" dropdown at the top of any page or here.
